1 GETTING STARTED
We understand that every client has different output required based on our experience working hand-in-hand with the client so we start by asking clients the type of service they want, the style of the render, the quality, and the timeline they require.
2 SETTING UP AND REVIEW
We then provide the list of necessary documents we require based on the selected service required like floorplans, mood boards/ list of finishes, etc.
We then check all the documents provided including the content and ask for more details if necessary. This will avoid misunderstandings, improve efficiency and shortens turn-around time for modelling and rendering.
3 MODELLING AND RENDERING
We practice workflow optimization to make sure we comply with the timeline agreed. As soon as we have all the necessary documents, we start working as soon as we have all the information and the details of the task.
4 REVIEW AND SUBMIT
Once the artist is done with the preliminary draft, our in-house interior designer will review the render to make sure everything is good before submitting to the client. We allow 2 minor changes to allow our client to change without additional cost and this has been a very good system we implemented 6yrs ago and thus improve our client's satisfaction with our services.
5 FINAL SUBMISSION
Once everything is as per required. We then ask our client for final approval and submit final quality HD output.
