LightandMe is looking for a Junior 3D Artist/Marketing Assistant 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural visualizations that accurately depict design concepts. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills in 3D modeling and rendering software, and a passion for architectural visualization.

  • Minimum College Level/ Diploma in either Architecture, Drafting, or Interior Design

  • You should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, demonstrating proficiency in both independent and team-based work. Experience with animations is highly desirable, along with adept project management and client interaction skills. Here at LightandMe, although you function as your own, all work undergoes coaching and feedback from colleagues before completion. Being receptive to critique and viewing it as a means of personal and professional development is essential.

Role Requirements

  • Must be Manitoba-based.

  • Passion for and experience in Design, Architecture, and Real Estate. Experience or understanding of 3D architectural design, animations, or construction design. If unfamiliar, we will teach you.

  • Extensive experience with spec homes, luxury homes, multi-family developments, condo developments, high-rise, commercial, and industrial developments.

  • Collaborate with account managers and the team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Strong attention to detail, experience in interior design, and a passion for architectural visualization.


  • Coordinate and manage projects from planning to execution.

  • Create project timelines, milestones, and upload materials on

  • Develop render guidelines, drafts, mood boards, and lookbooks and assist 3D artists with project views and feel.

  • Liaise between account managers, design teams, and production teams.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Prepare and present project status reports.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Perform quality control, post-production clean-up, color correction, and editing. Present final product for client submission.


  • Help Create, curate, and manage content on social media.

  • Help Monitor social media for trends and competitor activity.

  • Help Develop and implement social media campaigns.

  • Help Collaborate with the marketing team for brand consistency.

  • Help Stay updated with social media, design tools, and application trends.
